Serenity at Phelps Lake – Original Oil on Canvas, 16 x 20 inch

Inspiration into this Painting: While traveling through Teton County, I found myself captivated by the serene desolation of this hidden lake. This piece captures the quiet threshold of late autumn, depicting the ancient peaks of the Grand Tetons as they freeze under a fresh mantle of snow, while the lake secures the living world safely beneath its icy crust.

About the Painting:  An original 16x20 inch oil painting on thing canvas. The edges of the canvas are one inch deep perfect for future framing or displaying as it. The edges of the painting are painted ivory black. The painting is wired and ready to hang, right out of the box. Signed on the front with the year of creation. Titled, year of creation and autographed on the back with indication of being original on the canvas. Additionally, the artwork comes with a serialized, signed Certificate of Authenticity. Note: Being a classical oil painting (and not acrylic) the final oil out and varnishing has not been applied; this would jeopardize the longevity of the artwork in the curing polymerization process. This will need to be accomplished by myself or another professional no sooner than 9 months after the purchase.  This will lock in the vibrant colors and protect the painting for multiple generations to enjoy.  Detailed care instructions are provided during this process.
