  • Copyright Retention: All artwork designs, images, and text on this website belong exclusively to the Artist.
  • No Commercial Use: Purchasing a physical oil painting does not grant any reproduction or commercial resale rights.
  • Image License: Buyers may post photos of the physical artwork on personal social media with clear artist credit.
  • Screen Variations: Minor color variations between digital screens and the physical painting are expected and not considered defects.
2. Washington State E-Commerce Compliance
  • Destination Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination-based delivery address.
  • UBI Registration: This e-commerce platform operates under a registered Washington State Unified Business Identifier (UBI).
  • Electronic Contracts: By clicking "Place Order" or "Pay Now," you agree to enter a legally binding sales contract.
3. Payment & Order Acceptance
  • Secure Processing: Payments are processed securely via our third-party merchant processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.
  • Price Changes: Listed prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
4. Shipping, Curing, and Title Transfer
  • Title Transfer: Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.
  • Curing Requirements: Shipping may be delayed up to 6 weeks if a painting requires additional drying time.
  • Delivery Signature: Due to the high value of original art, all packages require a signature upon delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damages
  • Final Sale: All sales of original oil paintings and custom commissions are final.
  • Return Exceptions: If your store policy allows for returns, items must be returned in original archival packaging.
  • Transit Damage: Damaged arrivals must be reported with photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery for insurance claims.
